A side and rear extension, in-conjunction with modifications to the original building, creates a series of generous spaces for contemporary living. 

A large roof light over the side return allows light to penetrate deep into the kitchen with crittal doors connecting the extension to the garden. 

A contemporary classic kitchen by Higham Kitchens with a striking marble worktop and banquet seating, framed by panelling creates a elegant space to entertain.  A walk-in larder neatly conceals a powder room behind, accessed from the hall where generous utility space, plant and cloakroom storage is accommodated. 

The reception rooms are styled to be individual spaces within the open plan layout.  A large pocket door separates the rear reception room from the kitchen and oversized doors to the hall are used to enclose the space 

A master bedroom suite was created at the front of the property with a walk-through wardrobe and a generous shower room with double vanity unit. 

A laundry room was formed on the first floor and the family bathroom finished with a cement render. 

The loft was extended with an en-suite shower room and play space in the eaves. 

The arrangement of the new stair into the loft allows daylight to filter down to the ground floor.
