House refurbishment and extension

A contemporary extension to a north London terrace house employs black engineering bricks with projecting & recessed headers to articulate the additions with shadows and texture.  Cement board cladding forms a faceted surround to the large window of the loft conversion.

The focus of the generous extension is a Jotul stove on a concrete hearth which steps up to form a wood store and window seat.  A zinc table and panelled seating booth form the dining space in the centre of the home.
A contemporary classic kitchen creates a sophisticated space, with white quartz & zinc worktops, Farrow & Ball Hague Blue kitchen, large concrete tiles with beautiful brass pendants.

The stylish master bathroom combines elegant fixtures with an efficient use of space. Large panelled sliding doors enclose the utility cupboard and create a bold setting for finishes.
